After passing over Mount Desert Narrows, the flight goes directly over the town of Bar Harbor, passing by Cadillac Mountain. Flying over Eagle lake, then continuing over the top of Somes Sound, you will have fantastic views of some of the most beautiful mountains and water around. This flight is approximately 17 minutes. Cost only $46 dollars per person, 2 people minimum. Somes Sound Flight This flight has ocean cliffs, beaches, scenic coastal villages, protected harbors and the mountains of Acadia National Park. After passing Bar Harbor, you will continue on to Great Head / Sand Beach and ocean Drive. Then onto the Cranberry Islands where your flight turns toward Northeast Harbor, Southwest Harbor and up thruogh Somes Sound, the only Fjord on the eastern seaboard. Flight time is approximatly 25 minutes. Cost $76 Dollars per person. All Acadia Flight This flight will take you around the entire Mount Desert Island , showing you sights from all sides. After taking off over Mount Desert Narrows, you will proceed over the town of Bar Harbor, Egg rock Lighthouse, and pass by Cadillac Mountain. You will travel by the Cranberry Islands and enjoy the wonderful views as you look towards Somes Sound. You will enjoy the sights of Northeast Harbor, Bear Island Lighthouse and Southwest Harbor as you fly over. You will then proceed by Bass Harbor Lighthouse, Seal Cove and Pretty Marsh, while enjoying the views of the mountains on the western side of the island, Blue Hill Bay, and the numerous islands in the area. This flight takes approximately 35 Minutes.
